ExtraChilly is based in Toronto, Canada.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the US and Canada. We normally ship across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order’s on the way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.00
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, just contact us at extrachillyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong size?
No stress — we got you.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us right away with a photo and your order details. We’ll make it right ASAP.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it.
Email us at extrachillyofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible — once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
How do I find my size?
